Zoyya Anti-Aging & Aesthetics
At Zoyya, Botox® and Xeomin® aren’t about changing your face, they’re about helping you look like yourself on your best day. Well-rested. Relaxed. Refreshed.
Every treatment here is planned with intention. Dr. Anton approaches injections the same way he approaches surgery: with a deep understanding of anatomy and precision. No guesswork. No “one-size-fits-all” dosing. And definitely no frozen results.
Whether it’s your first time treating forehead lines or you’re refining results you’ve had elsewhere, we create a plan based on your face, not just your wrinkles.
How Botox® and Xeomin Work
Botox® and Xeomin® are neuromodulators. They work by gently relaxing the muscles that cause expression lines, the wrinkles that show up when you frown, raise your brows, or smile.
When those muscles relax, the skin above them smooths out.
We offer both Botox® and Xeomin at Zoyya. Xeomin is sometimes called a “naked” neuromodulator because it doesn’t contain accessory proteins. For some patients, especially those who’ve used Botox® for years, that can make a difference.
Treatment takes about 15–20 minutes. There’s no downtime. Most people stop in during lunch and head right back to their day.
Common Botox® Treatment Areas
No two faces are the same, so no two treatment plans are either. That said, here are the areas we treat most often.

Forehead Lines
Those horizontal lines across your forehead usually come from years of raising your brows. Completely normal, but over time, they stick around.
We soften those lines while keeping your brows naturally lifted. You’ll still look expressive. You just won’t see the deep creases.

11 Lines (Frown Lines / Glabella)
The vertical lines between your brows can make you look stressed or tired, even when you’re not.
This is one of the most responsive areas to treatment. Most people see improvement within 3–5 days, with results lasting around 3–4 months. We give conservative doses so you still have natural movement, just without the harsh lines.

Crow’s Feet
The lines that fan out from the corners of your eyes when you smile are part of showing emotion. We’re not trying to erase that, just soften it.
Botox® here is subtle and effective. Many patients say this is their favorite area to treat because the change looks so natural.
Baby Botox®: A Softer Approach
Baby Botox® isn’t a different product, it’s simply smaller, more precise dosing.
It’s great if:
- You’re new to Botox®
- You want very subtle results
- You’ve had an overdone experience elsewhere
- Tou’re starting preventative treatment in your late 20s or early 30s
The results may not last quite as long, but the look is incredibly natural, like you just got better sleep.

Lower Face Botox® & Lip Flip
Botox® isn’t just for the upper face.
In the lower face, we can:
- Soften lip lines
- Perform a subtle lip flip (gently turning the upper lip outward for more visible shape)
- Smooth a “pebbly” chin
- Slightly lift downturned corners of the mouth
A lip flip doesn’t add volume like filler, it enhances what’s already there.
Masseter Botox®: Jaw Slimming & TMJ Relief
If your lower face feels wide or square, the masseter muscle may be overdeveloped, often from clenching or grinding.
Botox® in this area gradually relaxes the muscle, creating a slimmer, softer jawline over time.
There’s also a functional benefit. Many patients with TMJ symptoms or nighttime grinding experience noticeable relief, less tension, fewer headaches, and better sleep.
Results in this area typically last longer than upper-face treatments.

Sometimes treating a single line isn’t enough. Faces work as a system.
Our Whole Face Optimization approach looks at how the upper, mid, and lower face balance each other. Small adjustments in multiple areas often create the most natural results.
This is where Dr. Anton’s surgical background makes a difference. Every injection is placed with an understanding of deeper facial structure, not just surface wrinkles.
When Will You See Results?

Average duration:
- Upper face: 3-4 months
- Lower face/lip flip: 2-3 months
- Masseter: 4-6 months
With consistent treatments, some patients find results last longer over time.
Why Patients in Garden City
Choose Zoyya
There’s a difference between getting Botox® at a high-volume med spa and being treated in a physician-led practice.
At Zoyya, every treatment is overseen by Dr. Anton Georgiev, a board-certified surgeon and Fellow of the AACS, AOA, and AMA. He completed a 5-year general surgery residency at St. Agnes Hospital (a Johns Hopkins affiliate) and is certified by the American Board of Surgery.
That surgical background brings a level of anatomical precision you won’t find everywhere.
His philosophy is simple:
You should look like yourself, just more rested, balanced, and confident.
Not frozen. Not altered. Just enhanced.
What to Expect at Your Appointment

Botox® FAQs
Will I look frozen?
No. A frozen look comes from too much product or poor placement. Our approach is conservative and intentional.
Botox vs. filler?
Botox® relaxes muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles.
Filler restores lost volume.
Many patients use both, they simply do different things.
Am I too young or too old?
It’s about your goals, not your age. Some start in their late 20s. Others begin in their 50s or 60s.
Is Botox® safe?
Botox® has been FDA-approved for decades. When administered properly, it’s one of the safest cosmetic treatments available, especially under physician supervision.
What if I don’t like it?
Botox® is temporary. If you don’t love the result, it fades over a few months. And we’ll adjust the plan next time.
If you’ve been considering Botox®, or you’ve had it before and want a more natural result, we’d love to meet you.
